Calculating your Rates on itrvl
Make sure to check the rates of your trip. Here is a guideline to understanding and checking rates to ensure you are providing the best possible service and price to your client.
Calculating for YZ vs Wilderness Direct
For those on Wilderness direct, we work off rack rates and so margin sliders are automatically set to 0.
Note: If there are any major issues you pick up on rates, please fill out the itrvl form highlighting what the rate issue is, i.e. the RSP on itrvl vs what you think it should be. Any questions on this ask Em / James / K.

For YZ clients, when checking rates remember we add 7% for US clients and 5% for UK clients to the rack rates. i.e. Rack + 5% (UK client) and Rack + 7% (US and rest of the world clients).
