Allocate price per groups in your itinerary and enter traveler details with Split Party.  itrvl allows you to create split party bookings right from the Itinerary Details page so you can split costing from the jump without having to do too much math. 

Setting up your Party Group

Once you create your quote, click on the Travelers tab on the Itinerary Details page. You will see all your pax allocated to one party group.

To begin adding new party groups simply select Create Party Group in the top right corner of the page. 

A pop-up will appear where you will select the party group lead traveler, name the party group,  assign and input traveler details for your Lead Traveler. 

If this traveler has traveled with you in the past click the Select Existing Client tab in the Traveler Details pop-up and search their name in your database. 

You will now see your new party group with only the lead traveler in the group.

Select each traveler's party group by clicking the drop down menu on each pax line item. The pax will be allocated accordingly. 

You will see itrvl will now allocate pricing based off of the amount of travelers in each group. 

For more specific price allocation per party group click the Custom Selling Price numbers on individual line items. Input the percentage of cost you wish to allocate per party group. 

itrvl will add a Split Party symbol on the line item you customized. 

Once you are ready to take payment and Generate Invoices, itrvl will calculate the party groups deposit and balances for you and display the split party price distribution so you can create invoices accordingly. 

Finally, split the deposit invoice and match the invoice totals to what is presented by itrvl.
