Confirming a Booking
Now that you have sent a client their 'Client Portal' they will be able to confirm a booking! Watch the short video below to learn how the payment processing works in itrvl.
1. Once your client has picked their specific itinerary and are ready to book they will click the ‘Confirm Booking’ button.
2. A pop-up will appear where your client will be asked to agree to itrvl’s Terms and Conditions and input their payment details.
Your client will have the option to pay via Bank Transfer, or Wire Transfer.
Discounted fees: Escrow service fees are 3.5% percent of the total trip, however, when clients pay by wire transfer or ACH they will be discounted and only pay a 1% fee.
After they’ve completed paying, they will be booked!
To note: When a client pays via the itrvl client portal, funds go into itrvl's secure escrow facilities and are disbursed directly to you and to Wilderness Safaris so you never need to worry about multiple currency invoices or paying out to different / multiple suppliers.
The terms and conditions that a client agrees to will enable itrvl to take a deposit payment and remit to Supplier (Wilderness Safaris) and you after receipt, generally within 2 weeks.
For balance payments, itrvl will disburse to Supplier and Agency post-trip completion. This allows you and your client to rest easy knowing that their funds and their trip are safe.
