Competitive Clients will sometimes request a Price Breakdown. In these cases first let Em, James, and K know you have a client who has requested a price breakdown and ask for help if needed.

Downloading the Price Breakdown

1. Go to the Client Details Page by selecting a client in the top right corner of the screen and clicking the orange box

2. Access the Itinerary Quick Actions Drop-down by click the arrow next to edit on the requested itinerary.

3. Click Download Pricing File.

4. Open and remove the line that highlight how many issues there are on the booking, transit points

5. Remove all columns except Segment, Dates, Description & Selling Price.

6. Select selling currency so it shows in excel document as per below

7. Add a line spacing between the trip and itrvl fees

8. Change selling price to Total Trip Costs

9. Bold the top line (Segment/Dates/Description/Selling Price) and the final line with Total Trip Costs highlighted

10. Check text under description and merge any long descriptions and take out any text you don't want i.e. iTRVL may have pulled through as twin rooms when you need double / highlighting that some flights Pricing to be confirmed but you know the pricing is confirmed, etc.

This is an example of how the Pricing File should looks when it is ready to be presented to your client.
