Itinerary Quick Actions 

View every itinerary you have created per client in their Client Details Page. 

Click the drop-down arrow on an itinerary to view the different quick actions available. 

1. Delete – You can delete any options you have created

2. Download PDF – See example of PDF's in article 6.2

3. Publish in Client Portal/Hide in Client Portal – If a client is no longer interested in an option you can hide it. Also use this when I am working on a current itinerary. If you are working on an itinerary with a Negative Margin this is where you will publish the itinerary to your Client Portal. 

4. Duplicate – If you want to create the same booking again

5. Save as Favorite – These are like PCM but visible to all people using itrvl. We are not using this at the moment

6. Download pricing file – This can be used when a client wants a breakdown. Please do not send the whole file to the client, but use it as your base to work off.

7. Copy video link – If you just want the video link with no price, you can use this.

8. Pay Link – This is a link directly to the payment link without going through their client portal.
