Selling a safari is no easy task. Communicating additional costs added to an itinerary post confirmation is difficult to explain to a client without the proper materials. 

itrvl's new Booking Confirmation allows agents to send itemized invoices to clients as they move through the process of confirming their trip so they feel comfortable completing each payment. 

Booking Confirmation 

The invoice will start will key details: The name of the trip, dates, traveler amount, accommodations, agent name, total trip cost, and invoice outstanding. 

The following pages will outline individual line items and their status.

As a booking becomes confirmed agents will be able to download updated versions of the invoice that outlines how much of the trip is paid for and what is outstanding. 


Where to Find the Confirmation Invoice 

Once a booking is on Provisional agents will be able to download a Booking Confirmation representing the current payment status of the trip. 

1. On the Itinerary Details screen select the three dotted button next to Published to Client Portal. A dropdown menu will appear with the option to Download Confirmation Invoice. 


3. The Booking Confirmation will be downloaded to your computer as a PDF. 

Pro Tip: If there are line items a client should not see in their itinerary or Booking Confirmation, agents can Hide Line Items in the Itinerary Details Screen.
