Customizing Your 'Client Portal'
On the ‘Customizations’ screen, you can update the look and feel of the client portals that you send off.
1. Access the ‘Customizations’ screen from the drop-down menu in the top left corner.
2. Change the primary color scheme of your 'Client Portals'.
3. Update the messaging a client will see upon logging into their client portal.
Note: Every client will see your agency’s default messaging unless an agent specifically
customizes their messaging on their personal ‘Edit Itinerary’ screen.
Customizing Your Messaging In Your ‘Client Portal’
From your 'Customizations Screen' you will be able to update the messaging to suit your agency.
1. The ‘Client Welcome Text Default’ will be the first message a client sees upon logging into their client portal

2. ‘Your Itineraries Text Default’ is the customizable text that introduces your tailor-made itineraries for your client.
It will show up above your itineraries:
3. ‘Section Header’ is the customizable “Welcome Note - header” text. This should be a tag-line/one sentence summary of your agency.

4. 'Section Body’ is the customizable “Welcome Note - body” text set on your Agency’s Customizations screen. It will be accompanied by the ‘Agency Featured Media’ (either a photo or video). This will be a more detailed description of your travel agency.

5. You can change your agency’s ‘Featured Image’ or ‘Featured Video’ from the ‘Customizations’ screen. This photo will be the photo/video that represents your agency to all of your clients.
6. Visit your 'Client Portal' to view your agency's updated customizations. As you scroll down your 'Client Portal' you will see your updated ‘Welcome Message’, ‘Itinerary Message’, ‘Itineraries’, ‘Featured Image/Video’, 'Welcome Note' and 'Welcome Body'
