Adjusting a Recommended Itinerary

1. Begin by selecting the 'Saved Itineraries' button on your home page. 

2. Select 'View Calendar', you will see different start dates populate. Pick any dates you would like, once you save this edited 'Recommended Itinerary' as a favorite, the selected dates will not show. 

3. You will be brought to the 'Itinerary Builder'. Add more accommodations to your selected 'Recommended Itinerary' by selecting the 'Accommodations' button on the left hand side. 

4. The 'Accommodation Picker' pop-up window will appear. Select all accommodations you would like to add to the 'Recommended Itinerary'. 

5. Once you have selected 'Check Availability' in the bottom right hand corner of the 'Accommodations Picker' you will see your added accommodations appear in the 'Itinerary Builder'. Select where you would like the added accommodations to appear in your itinerary and then press 'Quote'. 

6. You will be brought to the 'Edit Itinerary' screen where you can add activities and custom transfers to the adjusted 'Recommended Itinerary' by selecting the "Modify" button next to "Confirm Booking". 

Save an Itinerary as a Favorite Itinerary

1.  To save your itinerary as a favorite, click the orange button in top right corner to go back to the "Client Details" page. 

2. On the itinerary you would like Save as a Favorite, click the "down-arrow" button next to "Edit" on the itinerary. 

3. A drop-down menu will appear, click "Save as Favorite". 

4. Go to ‘Saved Itineraries’ and scroll to the very bottom. You will see your newly ‘Saved Itinerary’ with a 'Favorite' tag next to its name .

Example Itinerary Link 

Example itineraries aren’t built for a specific client but are more so to gauge client interest or collect client enquiries. The ‘Example Itinerary’ will always say ‘Welcome, Guest’ and clients will be able to ‘Enquire about this Trip’. 

1. Under ‘Saved Itineraries’ you can generate an ‘Example Itinerary Link’ by clicking the button next to ‘View Calendar’. 

3. You will be brought to a page similar to the ‘Adventure Screen’; however, it won’t address a specific client but say “Welcome, Guest”. 

4. Once a potential traveler enquires, a pop up will appear where they can fill out their traveller information and an email will be sent off to the agent's email address that created the example itinerary.

When should I use Example and Favorite itineraries? 

This feature gives you the ability to easily gauge a client’s interest or even embed your desired itineraries into your website, giving potential travelers the ability to view your custom itinerary videos and learn more about their destinations.

To save your own itinerary as a 'Favorite Itinerary', start by building/importing a quote, or adjusting one of our Recommended Itineraries to your preference.
