When building an itinerary the ability to select which line items are visible is fundamental to presenting the most cohesive and visually appealing itinerary to your client. itrvl allows agents to hide line items of their liking to easily customize the look and feel of an itinerary.

Hide Line Items in an Itinerary

1. On your Itinerary Details screen identify which line items you would like to hide and click the eye icon next to the item you would like to hide. Note: Accommodations and Transfers cannot be hidden from an itinerary.

2. When you click on the eye icon a message will pop-up Hidden on Client Portal and the eye icon will have slash through it. This will automatically hide that line item on your client portal.

3. Check your client portal to see the updated changes.

4. If you would like to make a line item visible again simply go back to your itinerary details page and click the eye icon with a slash on it. This will instantly add that line item back to your client portal, just make sure to refresh the page!
