You built or imported a stellar itinerary, added activities, changed transfers and now all you need to do is one final step... share it! Keep on reading to learn how to share an itinerary in a client portal.

Sharing an Itinerary & Client Portal

Before you can share an itinerary with your client you must publish it to its client portal. This allows you to build and present multiple itineraries, as well as, select which ones are visible to your client.

To do this, click 'Publish to Client Portal' at the top of the Itinerary Details Screen.

You will know an itinerary is published once the button changes from Publish to Client Portal to Published to Client Portal.

Note: The video itinerary will begin generating once the itinerary is published to its client portal. It will usually take about 1-2 minutes per accommodation in the itinerary to fully load the video in your client portal.

To share a specific itinerary click the button next to the Itinerary Name. This will automatically copy the link to your clipboard. Simply paste it in a new tab and you will see your specific itinerary.

To share a client portal, head back to the Client Details screen by clicking the orange box in the top right corner.

Copy the client portal share link to your clipboard by clicking Share Client Portal.

You can confirm that the share link has been copied to the clipboard when a green popup appears in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Note: The clipboard, also known as a pasteboard, is a special location on a computer, phone, or tablet that temporarily stores copied text or other data. To utilize the link that was copied simply paste it.

To review the client portal you created by publishing an itinerary, paste the share link copied to your clipboard in a new tab on your browser. It should look similar to the screen below.

Reminder: Make sure to ALWAYS use the share link you copied directly from itrvl by pressing the "Share Client Portal" button and to NEVER use the link you can copy directly from the URL.

Your share link should look like this:
