The Copy to Builder feature in itrvl allows you to quickly check rates for specific accommodations and activities, change the number of travelers or update the start date.

1. Access the Original Itinerary: Open the page of your original itinerary.

2. Select ‘Copy to Builder’: Click on the “More Actions” button at the top of the Edit Itinerary screen and select “Copy to Builder” from the dropdown menu.

3. Customize the Itinerary: In the Itinerary Builder, remove or replace any lodges or accommodations, change room allocation, change the start date or update the number of travelers.

4. Generate a New Quote: After making all the changes, click the “Generate Quote” to generate and open the new itinerary.

5. Retain Key Details: Ensure that activities, custom transit options and presentation edits are retained if needed.

6. Review the Itinerary: You will now see the updated itinerary with all the modifications made.

Using “Copy to Builder” will generate a new booking reference and in essence create a new itinerary separate from the original one.
