Regenerating a Video Itinerary
Regenerate your video itineraries when you load a new logo, or ask support for a new video!
You have contacted itrvl to update a video in itrvl, now what? Once an itrvl team member has notified you that your video is ready to be regenerated you will need to follow these steps to properly regenerate your video on your video itinerary.
1. Head to your "Itinerary Builder" page from your "Client Details" page to the find the itinerary that has been updated.
2. Click the button titled "Published to Client Portal"
3. A drop-down will be appear, press "Regenerate Video Itinerary" to start the regenerating process.
4. Wait 10 or so minutes and then press the "Itinerary Share-link" to view your newly regenerated video itinerary.
5. You will now see the newly updated video on your itinerary details page.
