Client Details Screen
The Client Details Screen allows you to view and perform everything you need in one place.
Accessing the Client Details Page
1. To access the Client Details page you will first need to select a client. Once you have selected a client an orange box will appear in the top right corner of your screen. Click the orange box to view your selected clients details in the 'Client Details' page.
Here are some of the important information and tasks on the 'Client Details' page
Build New Itineraries, Import Bookings, and Share Client Portal by selecting the buttons at the top of the page.
View all of your client's itineraries and itinerary details including status, costs and booking reference # and more.
To edit an itinerary click the 'Edit' button on the right of the itinerary details. You will be brought to the 'Edit Itinerary' page where you can customize your trip to your liking.
Access useful actions from the drop down arrow on the 'Edit' button. You can delete, download pdf, hide/show in client portal, save as favorite and more.
Accessing the My Clients Screen
From the 'My Clients' screen, you can add new clients and check in on the status of existing clients that you or your teammates have been presenting itineraries to.
1. To view all of your clients in one place simply press 'Back to My Clients' from the 'Client Details' page.
Here are some of the more important tasks you may want to handle from this screen:
Search for a Client by name to edit or view their contact details
Archive a Client if they have decided not to book with you
View recent updates for a Client to see if they are still active and interested in a deal
Leave a note on a Client if they have a particular interest that should be tracked for the future
