If a Travel Designers if having issues viewing recently updated content, what do I do? 

First, double check and make sure the content is updated by checking the Content Manager. If everything is updated, reach out to the itrvl Support Team - (Rares Homm, Karina Wilson, Andy Altman, Nick Merritt) to look into the request. 

 

Can I upload accommodations to itrvl? 

No, only the Wilderness Window team (Presh) can add accommodations to itrvl. This is because itrvl pulls all its accommodation data from the Wilderness Window which powers itrvl. Once accommodations are uploaded however you can change the accommodation name for Jacada .

 

An accommodation is loaded with the wrong region or country, what do I do? 

The region and country come from the Wilderness Window and are the only uneditable data points for accommodations. You will need to contact Wilderness through Asana or via email to update the error.
