itrvl lets you control what pricing information your client sees for their itinerary. You can choose to show or hide the calculated sell price from itrvl.

If you prefer not to display itrvl’s calculated sell price, you can manually set a custom price for your client to see by using the Pricing Note feature.

1. Hide Sell Price: Click the three dots next to “Presentation Editor” and select “Hide Sell Price” OR click on the eye icon below the displayed Sell Price.

2. Access Presentation Editor: To set up a custom Pricing note, click on “Presentation Editor”

3. Update Pricing Note: Click on “Header” and update the “Pricing Note” field with the desired Sell Price.

4. Save and Share: Click Save and then “Share Itinerary”.

5. Check Client Portal: Copy and paste the Itinerary link to make sure it displays correctly in the Client Portal.
