How many times have you built the perfect itinerary just to find out the dates need to change by one, maybe two nights? itrvl makes modifying an itinerary easy with our powerful Modify button. Here we'll show you how to use the Modify Bednights with just a few clicks. 

Adding or Removing Bed Nights to an Itinerary 

1. On your Itinerary Details page, click the Modify button in the top right corner.  at

2. Select Modify Bednights/Accommodations from the pop-up modal. 

3. You will see all of your accommodations populate in a pop-up modal. Select the accommodation you would like to add or remove bed nights at by pressing the Add/Remove Bednights button. 

4. You are able to Add/Remove as many bednights available anywhere in your itinerary. Note: Removing bednights will also remove notes and activities associated with the bednight you have removed. 

In the below example, one night has been added to the beginning of the stay at Bisate.

5. Once you have selected to add or remove bednights, itrvl will notify you about how your itinerary will change. For example, in this case, a note appeared: "Following accommodations will shift backward after confirmation". Select Confirm Changes if you are happy with your modification. 

6. One final pop-up will appear after you have selected confirm with more detail of your itinerary modification. 

7. Check out the changes to your itinerary in the History tab of your Itinerary Details screen.
