Itrvl’s newest Self Serve Feature allows clients to enquire about a trip from an 'Example Itinerary' and then take it a step further and pick their preferred number of travellers, room configuration, and start date, complete with an estimated quote.

Then in an email you will receive the potential clients enquiry details based off of the ‘Example Itinerary’ link you previously sent them.

Sending an Example Itinerary

Example itineraries aren’t built for a specific client but are more so to gauge client interest or collect client enquiries. The ‘Example Itinerary’ will always say ‘Welcome, Guest’ and clients will be able to ‘Enquire about this Trip’.

Under ‘Saved Itineraries’ you can generate an ‘Example Itinerary Link’ by clicking the button next to ‘View Calendar’.

You will be brought to a page similar to the ‘Adventure Screen’; however, it won’t address a specific client but say “Welcome, Guest”.

Clients will be able to 'Enquire About This Trip' directly from the 'Example Itinerary'.

Self Serve Feature

Once a potential traveller enquires, a pop up will appear where they have the option to fill out their traveller information including number of travellers, room configuration, and start date, complete with a custom quote.

Upon completion, an email will be sent off to the agent's email address that created the example itinerary. Now the agent has everything they need to curate this client's dream safari!
