After the cover letter, your client will then see an important contacts page that shares info about suppliers and transfers, any additional trip notes that apply to the countries of travel, tips and reminders for their trip, an itinerary map, and finally the itinerary details, and accommodation information.

This PDF is intended to provide your client with everything they need to do to prepare for their trip with the comfort of knowing every detail required and who to contact if they have questions or concerns.

Once on the accommodations profile, your client can view a photo carousel that displays images of the accommodation they will be visiting or videos of the accommodation if available. Further down the page, your client can see an interactive map of the surrounding areas, as well as a list of activities and amenities that the accommodation offers.

Last but not least, the accommodation profile links to the region and country profiles that offer a wealth of information to your client about where they will be traveling. Here your client can learn about Africa and perhaps even explore other accommodations and trip ideas for the future.
