Itrvl has numerous actions available outside the ones already detailed in other articles. This article will detail how to publish and share your itinerary with your clients, as well as how to hide certain line items that you do not want visible in the Client Portal.

1. Publish Itinerary: With your itinerary open, click the three dots next to “Presentation Editor” and select “Publish Itinerary”.

2. Share Itinerary: Once published, you can share an itinerary by clicking the three dots next to “Presentation Editor” and selecting “Share Itinerary”.

3. Sharing selection: Here there is an option to share the Itinerary link (also referred to as Client Portal), share the video itinerary or the Payment link. You can copy the itinerary link by pressing the button with the files icon on the right side, at the end of the link.

4. Hide line items: To hide certain line items from the Client Portal, open your itinerary and click on the “eye” icon on the far right side on the line item you want hidden. If the icon is crossed by a line, it means the respective line item is hidden.
