Add Activities & Transfers 

1. Click on the Modify button on the Itinerary Details page. 

2. Click Modify Tours, Services, and Transit on the pop-up module. 

3. To add a service click the blue plus sign on the right-hand side of the line items. Click the plus sign below the line item you would like to input your desired service for. Click your desired service from the drop down menu. 

4. The category of your desired service will appear as a line item once you have selected a service from the drop-down menu. Select the pencil icon on the line item to view itrvl's pre-loaded services. 

5. The search bar will let you search all the available activities/flights/road transfer and more per the selected region/accommodations. Press Add once you have selected your desired activity. 

6. Use the Day dropdown on the new line item to choose which day of the accommodation stay your client's activity will fall on.

Add a Transit Point

To add or replace a transit point simply pick a new desired Transit Point from the pop-up list of recommended locations and press Add.  

Automatic costing of $500 is added for Transfer, Charter Flights and Road Transfers, however you can manually adjust the price. 

Pro Tip: If you click on modify and don't add any services make sure to click Cancel instead of Save Changes to go back to the Itinerary Details page.  

 Now you have added Activities, Transfers, and more to customize your itinerary!
