Set up your agency's margin and customizations to present branded itineraries that wow your clients
Setting up Your Account
To view your account and update your name, email, and/or password click on "My Account" from the itrvl menu in the top left corner of the home screen.
From the "My Account" screen, you'll be able to:
1. Update your name, email address, and phone number for your agent profile
2. Change the name, website, and default contact information for your travel agency
Note: The name, email, and phone number you input on this screen will be displayed to clients when they view their client portal.
Setting Default Margin for Your Agency
Agents with itrvl 'Lead Agent' status have the ability to change the default margin percentage for their agency. Setting a default margin applies the selected margin immediately upon a quote being created for all agents across the agency.
You have the ability to adjust your agency pricing settings with the sliders or by manually inputting the desired percentage in the box next to the slider.
Note: Once a quote is built agents are able to customize the margin on an itinerary by itinerary bais.
Customizing Your Account to Match Your Brand
Add personalize company branding that is displayed on itrvl's White-labeled Client Portals.

Customizing Your 'Client Portal'
On the ‘Customizations’ screen, you can update the look and feel of the client portals that you send off.
1. Access the ‘Customizations’ screen from the drop-down menu in the top left corner, by clicking on "Customizations".
2. Change the primary color scheme of your 'Client Portals' using the background and button & icon color selectors.
3. Update the messaging clients will see upon viewing their customized client portal.
Note: Every client will see your agency’s default messaging unless an agent specifically customizes their messaging on an itinerary basis via the customizations tab on the client detail screen.
Customizing Your Messaging In Your ‘Client Portal’
From the 'Customizations Screen,' you will be able to update the messaging to suit your agency's brand and voice.
1. The ‘Client Welcome Text Default’ will be the first message a client sees upon viewing their client portal

2. ‘Your Itineraries Text Default’ is the customizable text that introduces tailor-made itineraries for your client.
This will show up above the itinerary cards:
3. ‘Section Header’ is the customizable “Welcome Note - header” text. This should be a tag-line/one-sentence summary of your agency.

4. 'Section Body’ is the customizable “Welcome Note - body” text set on the Agency’s Customizations screen. It will be accompanied by the ‘Agency Featured Media’ (either a photo or video). This will be a more detailed description of your travel agency.

5. You can change your agency’s ‘Featured Image’ or ‘Featured Video’ from the ‘Customizations’ screen. This photo should be a photo/video that represents your agency to all of your clients.
6. Visit your 'Client Portal' to view your agency's updated customizations. As you scroll down your 'Client Portal' you will see your updated ‘Welcome Message’, ‘Itinerary Message’, ‘Itineraries’, ‘Featured Image/Video’, 'Welcome Note' and 'Welcome Body' text displayed where a client will view it upon viewing the beautiful itineraries you have built for your client.
