How to access the Wilderness Window from itrvl 

1. Go to your Itinerary Details Page 

2. To access your booking in the window press your Booking Reference #.  

3. You will automatically be redirected to the Window. 

4. Input your login to access the Wilderness Window.

Booking Not Found

If you get a message pop up saying ‘booking not found’. When this happens you will need to go to the WW and access the booking by clicking on ‘Open bookings’.

Step 1: Click on open booking

Step 2: Copy iTRVL ref # and past in File Name

Step 3: Click Search

Step 4: Highlight the booking you need to open

Step 5: Click booking file - the file will now open up on your screen (see image below)
