itrvl allows agents to modify itineraries how they please from changing the itinerary name, adding activities, adjusting sell price and more. The Itinerary Details Screen is where agents adjust their itineraries as well as see updates to their itineraries made by Wilderness Journey Specialists.

Once you hit Get Quote from the Itinerary Builder itrvl will talk to the Wilderness Window and pull through transportation automatically throughout your itinerary. 

Match the numbers to understand the Itinerary Details Screen 

1. You can change the itinerary name by clicking on the pencil

2. This is your reference number that you will need to give to JNB

3. This is your party ID/wwkey, you will need this when you take a wire payment

4. This is the cost from Wilderness

5. This is your margin, see image below where I expand on this

6. This is your selling price, see image below where I expand on this

7. This is the deposit, see image below where I expand on this

8. Transit point – this is the airport that you need flights to transfer from

9. See image below, this is where you refresh the quote or hide/show the sell price

10. This where you make it live in the client portal

11. This is how you change the transfers/flights and add activities. More on this below

12. This is how you request to provisionally hold accommodation
