Customizing Photos and Videos on your Client Portal

Choosing an Itinerary Featured Image and Excluding Accommodation Videos
Once you post your itinerary to a Client Portal itrvl will magically stitch together a Video Itinerary and Client Portal complete with photos and descriptions.
If you see you have a repeated Featured Image across multiple itineraries you are able to choose from 10 pre-selected images to diversify the look and feel of your Client Portal.
To change the photo that represents your itinerary head to the Itinerary Details Page. In the Customizations tab where you added Notes you will see 10 pre-selected photos as you scroll down the tab. Simply select one of the 10 to be your new featured image.
Head back to your Client Portal. Refresh the page and see as your Client Portal is updated to your liking.
Video Configuration
If you want to exempt an accommodation from appearing in the video itinerary, scroll further down the customizations page and use the toggle to select which videos you would like present on the itinerary.
Once you have deselected an accommodation for your video itinerary, regenerate the quote in the Itinerary Details Page.
