How to Publish to the Client Portal

Edit the Itinerary Name


Your client's dream itinerary has been built and is ready to share - how is this accomplished?


The first step in sharing this beautiful itinerary with your client is to edit the itinerary name. To do this click on the pencil icon beside the itinerary name, making the itinerary name editable. 



Once you are happy with your itinerary name make sure to click the blue checkmark to save your changes. 

Next, decide if you would like the trip sell price to be visible or hidden in the client portal. If you choose to have the sell price visible (allow client to confirm and pay for the trip) then leave the status as is. 


Hide the Sell Price of A Trip


1. Click on the "More Actions" button



2. Select "Hide Sell Price (currently visible)"



The button will then flip to show "Show Sell Price (currently hidden)" this is confirmation that the trip sell price has been hidden from the client portal. To revert back to the sell price being visible, simply click the button again.


Publish & Share the Client Portal 


Now that you tailored the itinerary name and chosen your desired action in regards to the sell price, the next step is to publish your itinerary to the client portal and share it with your client. To do this - 


1. Click the "Publish to Client Portal" button next to the More Actions button. 



2. Once you have created your client's itinerary and are ready to share their client portal you will start by clicking the orange button in the top right corner to go back to your Client Details page. 




3. At the top of your Client Details page you will see the button to "Share Client Portal". A link will be copied to your clipboard.



4. From here you can review the client portal by pasting the link in your browser's URL or simply include the share link in an email to send off to your client. With this link, they will have the ability to explore this once-in-a-lifetime journey that has been created for them!


NOTE: 

Make sure that you use the link that is copied to your clipboard. DO NOT copy the link directly from the URL.
