itrvl grants agents the ability to access, quote, and book over 2,000 suppliers across Southern and Eastern Africa.

Gone are the days you have to wait for a DMC to view and book an accommodation. With itrvl, you can build an itinerary with all live-availability and provisionally hold an itinerary in the same hour. 

Along with access to over 2,000 suppliers across Africa, itrvl also allows you to build itineraries with Associated Supplier Accommodations with estimated rates so you can still present a quote to a client. 

How to Pick an Accommodation to Build a Quote in itrvl

1. View availability for your preferred accommodation by clicking on the blue Custom Quote button on the homepage. 

2. Create a client by pressing New Client in the pop-up window, or select an existing client. 

You also have the option to select your preferred Start Date, Pax amount, Room type and Client before you press Custom Quote.  

3. The Accommodation Selector will pop up after you’ve selected a client and client details. This is where you have the ability to view all Accommodations in the itrvl database. Easily filter them by Country or Region and select all of the accommodations that you would like to see availability for. 

Note: You can adjust your Start Date, Traveler and Rooms on the left side of the itinerary builder. 

If an accommodation has a lightning icon next to it, it has live-availability. You also have the ability to filter accommodations by availability next to the Search Bar.

If an accommodation does not have a symbol next to it, it does not have live-availability. However, you will still be able to receive rates upon creating the quote. If prompted, your dedicated Wilderness Specialist will check availability for the accommodations you have quoted with Availability On Request.  

If an accommodation has a Ø it means itrvl does not have rates for that particular accommodation. 

4. Select each accommodation that you want to add to an itinerary and click Check Availability when ready.

A calendar view of all of your selected lodges will appear. You can then click the lodges in accordance to your desired dates to start to build out your trip.
