The Copy to Builder feature in itrvl allows you to quickly make adjustments to an existing itinerary without starting from scratch. Whether you need to swap an accommodation, add a traveller, change bednights, or update activities, this feature streamlines the process while keeping the original itinerary intact. Follow these steps to use it:

1. Access the Original Itinerary: After receiving a booking from the sales team, open the original itinerary in the system.

2. Select ‘Copy to Builder’: Click on the ‘More Actions’ button at the top of the Edit Itinerary screen and select 'Copy to Builder' from the dropdown menu.

3. Make Your Changes: In the Itinerary Builder, swap accommodations, adjust bednights, or add or remove travellers as needed.

4. Generate a New Quote: Once your changes are complete, generate a new quote to reflect the updated itinerary.

5. Retain Key Details: Ensure that activities, transit, and presentation edits are retained to provide a comprehensive and inclusive quote.

6. Review the Updated Itinerary: Review the modified itinerary to confirm all changes are correct before sharing with clients.

Using itrvl’s Copy to Builder feature makes editing itineraries fast and accurate, eliminating the need to recreate bookings while keeping all core details intact.
