Sharing the Payment Portal with Your Client

The Payment Portal becomes available once you’ve generated invoices for a booking.

Once invoices are created, a ‘Confirm Booking’ button will appear on the Client Portal portal, allowing clients to access the payment portal when they’re ready to make a payment.

You can share the Payment Portal link from three locations.

Sharing the Payment Portal from the Edit Itinerary Page

1. Access the Payment Portal from the Edit Itinerary page by clicking the three dots in the top right corner to open the dropdown menu. Select  'Publish Itinerary' and then ‘Share Itinerary.’

2. Select the Payments tab to generate a link to the Payment Portal.

Sharing the Payment Portal from the Client Details page:

1. Access the Payment Portal from the Client Details page by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the 'Edit Itinerary' button on your desired itinerary card.

2. Select ‘Publish Itinerary’.

Step 3:  Select 'Share Itinerary' to generate a shareable link.

When can my client access the payment portal from their client portal?

Your client can access the Payment Portal from their Client Portal if you have done the following:

  1. Shared the client portal itinerary to your client.
  2. Generated Invoices.
  3. Made your Sell Price visible in the Client Portal.

Note: The payment portal does not expire, so your clients can return to it at any time to complete their payment.

Your client will see the following button in the top right corner of their client portal.

You and your client can access the Payment Portal from the Client Portal by selecting the ‘Confirm Booking’ button.

Important Note

Use the 'Share Link' button to send the payment portal to your client. Do not copy the payment portal URL from your browser, as it may lead to a login page and cause confusion.

Hiding the Payment Portal
If you prefer not to display the ‘Confirm Booking’ button in the client portal, you can hide it by Hiding the Sell Price on the Edit Itinerary page. This removes the payment option from your client's view until you are ready to share it.

To hide the Payment Portal from the Edit Itinerary page, simply click the eye symbol located under ‘Selling Price.’
