Deleting itineraries in itrvl allows you to keep a streamlined list for you as well as your clients to avoid confusion when working with multiple versions of the same itinerary.

1. Access the Client page: Open the Client page by clicking “Client Details” in the upper right corner.

 

2. Choose itinerary: Scroll to the itinerary you want deleted and click the small arrow next to Edit Itinerary.

 

3. Delete Itinerary: Click “Delete Itinerary” at the bottom of the list.

 

4. Confirm deletion: Click on “Confirm” to finalize the the deletion process.

 

5. Deleting Provisional Hold itineraries: On a provisional hold or confirmed itinerary, the last step in the deletion process will ask you whether you also want to release the space held or just delete the booking on itrvl - please make sure to choose carefully.
